Our estate grown rosé is made from 100% Malbec. We whole cluster press, then cold ferment to intensify the beautiful aromatics. The color is a lovely pale and watermelon pink. The aromatics are very inviting, with notes of watermelon hard candies, maraschino cherry, green apple and rose.

The delicate pink color reminds us of its namesake: Yoshino Mountain in Japan, famous for its cherry blossoms. Moderate alcohol, refreshing acidity and a crisp, dry finish make this rosé an easy choice with a variety of lighter fare (or by itself) for any warm weather occasion.
