Kevin Krueger has over 15+ years of experience transforming and leading teams within the hospitality industry. Growing up in Hawaii, Kevin quickly found a passion for creating memorable experiences by learning from two very important people to him, his parents. Both of his parents worked in luxury resorts in Hawaii prior to moving to the Napa Valley in 2000, where Kevin worked at multiple luxury resorts. Prior to moving to the wine industry, Kevin was the General Manager of two boutique hotels in Carmel by the Sea.

In 2019, Kevin combined his passion for wine and hospitality and moved back to the Napa Valley to oversee the hospitality for the PlumpJack Collection of Wineries. As the Direct to Consumer Manager at Materra | Cunat Family Vineyards, Kevin will be focused on overseeing the Direct to Consumer channels and is excited to share his love of wine, hospitality, and community with all of you.

Kevin lives in Napa with his wife, Daniela, and son, Grayson. In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing, and enjoying the beautiful Napa Valley.

Darren Bohan was raised in nearby St. Helena. Before joining the hospitality team, Darren worked on the production side of the wine business for two harvests at other wineries. He joined the Materra team in 2016 and has quickly become a favorite of customers and colleagues alike.

He is an avid fan of all sports (and a Raiders diehard). In addition to staying physically fit, he is an active coach in local youth sports.

Darren lives in Calistoga with his wife, Cathy, and dog Marvin.

Kelly Rossi Aikin was born and raised in Napa Valley, growing up on her family’s beloved vineyard of old vines in the heart of St. Helena. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from UC Santa Barbara, she went on to build a career in Southern California, first working in television production in Los Angeles, and then the events industry in San Diego.

After starting a family of her own, Kelly returned to Napa Valley, and joined the Hospitality Team at Materra Cunat Family Vineyards in 2023. She started as a Brand Ambassador in the Tasting Room, and is now the Dean’s List Concierge for our Wine Club. Kelly loves connecting with long-time club members and first-time guests alike, sharing our beautiful wines and creating amazing experiences.

Kelly lives in Napa with her husband, Sean, and daughter, Olivia. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, exploring the latest and greatest offerings around Napa Valley, and traveling whenever possible.
