Shinkan (meaning "quiet forest" in Japanese) is our minimally-oaked estate grown Chardonnay.

This non-traditional approach to a classic varietal results in this zesty and delicate style. Aromas of lemon peel, pineapple, and white peach are at the heart, but the subtle note of baking spices are also enticing.

The overall style is fresh, crisp and well balanced with a lightly creamy texture.
