2025 Yamabuki Albariño
92pts

The name Yamabuki is inspired by the kerria japonica or Japanese rose: reminiscent of the wine's hue and floral character.
Pale straw in color, the 2025 vintage of Albariño opens with an impression of lychee green tea. The aromatics are vibrant and lifted with notes of yuzu and white peach and hints of coriander and fresh wax pepper.
The first sip reveals some citrus zest and delicate almond cookie texture. This is a medium-bodied wine with pleasant acidity and roundness.
This is a classic wine to pair with a variety of seafood dishes and also very lovely to sip on its own.
