2025 Amabie Late Harvest

2025 is our third vintage of Amabie, a late-harvest Sauvignon Blanc. The namesake "Amabie" is an omen of a bountiful harvest and very fitting for our final pick of the year.

We chose to leave rows for this wine this from our Musque clone block, because of its tropical fruit character and also a small amount of Semillon from our 6 year old vines.  There are dominant notes of gardenia, ripe pears, and honeydew melon, with a touch of candied citrus and petrol. The weight and vicosity have a very pleasant tension against the sweetness and punchy acidty. This wine is a pleasure to drink and an ideal way to end a meal.
