2023 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

The blend is 55% Musqué clone, which delivers intensely tropical aromatics. The small amount of Sémillon in the blend broadens the palate and softens the acidity. We fermented in a mix of new and neutral French oak barrels with a light toast. The oak treatment adds volume and texture without making a delicate wine seem oaky or masking any of the beautiful fruit flavors.

The nose is intense with notes of grapefruit, cantaloupe, baked white peach, and fig leaf. The mid-palate is round with a subtle citrus peel texture. The finish lingers with juicy acidity and flinty minerality.
