Our Dean's List members enjoyed a delectable menu from Cocina Severiano Catering featuring dishes such as grilled whole skirt steak, grilled chicken, roasted pork loin with Mexican chimichurri, poblano green rice, whole black beans with creamy queso fresco, mixed greens and corn tortillas prepared on site. Appetizers included Mexican style shrimp cocktail and grilled sweet mini bell peppers stuffed with a blend of Mexican cheeses. In addition to the delicious food, guests were treated to a live performance from Mariachi Jalisco. They even performed the birthday song for one of our members celebrating her 50th birthday. We also poured the new releases that rounded out a festive and welcoming atmosphere.
